With over a decade of training experience and a background in martial arts, Max Goodman built GOODEX around a structured coaching philosophy focused on accountability, consistency and long term progression.
After years of training, competing and navigating setbacks, Max developed a coaching approach centred around sustainable progress rather than extremes — helping everyday people build stronger bodies, better habits and long term confidence through realistic, structured coaching.
Having coached across multiple gyms throughout Sydney and worked with 100+ in-person and online clients, Max discovered that too many people overcomplicate health and fitness. While every individual has different goals, long term progress is often built through simple foundations — consistency, structure and habits that support health both inside and outside of the gym.
That philosophy ultimately became the foundation of GOODEX:
