Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services or booking any coaching

Welcome to GOODEX. By accessing this website, submitting an application, booking coaching services, using the GOODEX Coaching System or participating in coaching sessions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. COACHING SERVICES

GOODEX provides:

  • In-person coaching

  • Online coaching

  • App-based coaching

  • Boxing & kickboxing coaching

  • Strength & performance coaching

  • Guest consultations

  • Accountability and lifestyle coaching services

Coaching structures may vary depending on the client’s selected pathway, goals and level of support required


2. INITIAL CONSULTATIONS & APPLICATIONS

All clients must complete the GOODEX application process prior to commencing coaching services. GOODEX reserves the right to refuse or decline coaching applications where deemed necessary.

Initial Consultations are designed to assess:

  • goals

  • training history

  • injuries or limitations

  • coaching suitability

  • recommended coaching structure

Completion of an Initial Consultation does not guarantee acceptance into ongoing coaching.


3. 12 WEEK COMMITMENT STRUCTURE

GOODEX operates around an initial 12 week coaching commitment structure designed to create consistency, accountability and meaningful long-term progress.

Clients may choose from:

  • GOODEX Coaching System only

  • In-person coaching only

  • Combined coaching system and in-person coaching

Clients may upgrade their coaching structure during their commitment period, however coaching structures cannot be downgraded mid-term. Following the initial 12 week commitment period, coaching transitions into a flexible week-to-week structure.


4. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All coaching sessions are managed through the GOODEX Booking Portal.

Sessions must be:

  • booked in advance

  • prepaid at the time of booking

  • scheduled through approved GOODEX systems

No booking = no session.

GOODEX reserves the right to refuse unpaid or unconfirmed bookings Pricing, schedules and coaching availability may change at any time.


5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

GOODEX operates on a strict 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time where required to maintain scheduling consistency.


6. MEMBERSHIP & APP ACCESS

The GOODEX Coaching System includes access to the coaching app ecosystem, which may include:

  • training programs

  • check-ins

  • nutrition support

  • accountability systems

  • progress tracking

  • communication features

App access remains active only while memberships and payments remain active and up to date.

GOODEX reserves the right to suspend or restrict access due to:

  • failed payments

  • policy breaches

  • misconduct

  • terminated coaching agreements


7. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY

Clients acknowledge that participation in physical training, boxing, kickboxing, strength training and exercise carries inherent risks including injury, illness or physical harm.

By participating in coaching services, clients confirm they:

  • voluntarily participate at their own risk

  • are medically fit to engage in exercise

  • will disclose relevant injuries, conditions or limitations

  • accept responsibility for monitoring their own physical condition during training

GOODEX, its coaches, contractors and affiliated facilities shall not be held liable for injuries, damages or losses arising from participation in coaching services except where required by Australian law.

Clients are encouraged to seek medical clearance prior to commencing any exercise program where appropriate.


8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

GOODEX does not guarantee specific results.

Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including:

  • consistency

  • effort

  • adherence to coaching guidance

  • nutrition

  • lifestyle

  • recovery

  • individual circumstances


9. GUEST CONSULTS

Guest Consults are single-session coaching consultations available to individuals outside the GOODEX Coaching System.

All Guest Consults still require:

  • completion of the GOODEX application process

  • Initial Consultation and assessment

  • agreement to these Terms & Conditions

GOODEX reserves the right to refuse Guest Consult bookings where deemed unsuitable.


10. HOLIDAYS, ILLNESS & INJURY

GOODEX understands that illness, injury, work commitments and holidays are normal parts of long-term coaching and progression. Where appropriate, coaching structures, scheduling and programming may be adjusted to help maintain consistency and momentum throughout these periods.

Adjustments remain at GOODEX discretion and do not automatically pause or cancel coaching commitments.


11. CLIENT CONDUCT

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward:

  • coaches

  • gym staff

  • other members

  • affiliated facilities

GOODEX reserves the right to refuse or terminate coaching services due to:

  • abusive behaviour

  • repeated policy breaches

  • inappropriate conduct

  • safety concerns

  • misuse of coaching systems


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All GOODEX programming, branding, systems, content, training materials and resources remain the intellectual property of GOODEX unless otherwise stated.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute or resell GOODEX materials without written permission.


13. PRIVACY

Client information submitted through:

  • applications

  • coaching systems

  • booking systems

  • payment systems

is handled in accordance with the GOODEX Privacy Policy.

GOODEX may utilise third-party platforms including:

  • Everfit

  • Calendly

  • Stripe

  • Google Workspace

to deliver coaching and operational services.


14. CHANGES TO TERMS

GOODEX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of GOODEX services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
