Whether you’re booking an Initial Consultation, follow-up session or ongoing coaching appointment, the GOODEX Booking Portal keeps scheduling streamlined and organised throughout the coaching process.

Clients can:

  • book coaching sessions

  • select training locations

  • manage weekly bookings

  • choose appointment types

  • organise availability through the GOODEX scheduling system

All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking.

  • GOODEX is built around creating real long-term change through structure, consistency and execution over time. If clients follow the structure, guidance and remain accountable throughout the process, meaningful results can be achieved within 12 weeks.

    More than just a commitment to coaching, it is ultimately a commitment to yourself — with GOODEX providing the structure, accountability and support to help keep you on track.

    Clients choose their initial 12 week commitment pathway:

    • GOODEX Coaching System only

    • In-person coaching only

    • GOODEX Coaching System + in-person coaching

    Clients may upgrade their coaching structure during their commitment period (for example adding sessions onto app coaching), however commitments cannot be downgraded mid-term.

    Following the initial 12 week commitment, coaching transitions into a flexible week-to-week structure.

  • The GOODEX Coaching System is designed to be your complete coaching hub for long-term progression.

    This includes:

    • structured training programming

    • weekly check-ins

    • habit & accountability coaching

    • nutrition guidance

    • progress tracking

    • direct coaching support

    Whether your goal is:

    • fat loss

    • muscle gain

    • boxing performance

    • strength

    • confidence

    • general health & fitness

    the system is designed to provide structure and guidance around the individual.

    You also do not need access to a gym to begin. Training can be structured around:

    • commercial gyms

    • home gyms

    • minimal equipment

    • bodyweight-only training

    • boxing-specific setups

  • For clients not looking for full app-based coaching, GOODEX also offers separate 12 week in-person coaching commitments focused purely around training sessions and face-to-face coaching support.

    This pathway is ideal for clients wanting:

    • in-person accountability

    • structured session progression

    • boxing & kickboxing coaching

    • strength & performance training

    • face-to-face guidance

    without requiring full integration into the GOODEX Coaching System.

    Guest Consults are also available for clients wanting casual or one-off coaching sessions without entering an ongoing coaching commitment.

  • All coaching sessions are managed through the GOODEX Booking Portal.

    Clients can:

    • select appointment types

    • choose training locations

    • organise availability

    • manage weekly bookings

    All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking.

    Clients with active GOODEX memberships may access coaching sessions at any point without paying Guest Consult pricing, even if originally signed up under an app-only structure.

    Clients are encouraged to maintain regular booking times and consistent weekly structure wherever possible, however flexibility remains available when needed.

    The GOODEX Coaching System is designed to adapt around the individual and their environment.

  • GOODEX understands that life happens. Illness, injuries, work commitments and holidays are all normal parts of long-term coaching and progression.

    Where appropriate, coaching structures, training programming and booking schedules can be adjusted to help clients maintain momentum and consistency throughout these periods.

    GOODEX is designed around long-term sustainability — not perfection.

  • The initial 12 week commitment is designed to create structure, consistency and enough time for meaningful progress to occur. By beginning coaching, clients are committing to both the process and themselves for the agreed period.

    GOODEX understands that unexpected circumstances can arise throughout coaching. If serious situations occur, clients are encouraged to communicate directly so the best path forward can be discussed on an individual basis.

    Following the initial commitment period, all coaching transitions into a flexible week-to-week structure.

  • GOODEX operates on a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all booked sessions.

    Late cancellations or missed sessions within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited.

    This structure helps maintain scheduling consistency and availability for all clients.
